What can be returned?
You may return defective items within 30 days of purchase or date as indicated by your tracking information. Our policy covers any manufacturer defective items and dead on arrival items. Items damaged by miss-use or improper care are not covered by our policy!
Are all your products returnable or do some restrictions apply?
For hygene reasons, and the overall safety of our staff, we do not accept returns of: atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, bottled liquid, drip tips, batteries, wick and wire.
Where do items need to be returned to?
Contact us and we will issue you a return postage label, our Returns Department will inspect and test your merchandise. If found defective, we will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. If during testing of your merchandise, it is determined that it is fully functional, we reserve the right to return the merchandise or issue a store credit.
Warranty claims are subject to the proper use and care, in accordance with the instruction manuals accompanied with each vaporizer. Warranty claims will be facilitated via manufacturer/s. Goods may be credited, replaced or repaired with or without additional charges. Warranty will not apply in the event of damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear. In these instances, issues should be sorted directly with the respective manufacturer/s. To make a valid warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period and we will gladly help you get back up and running.
Incorrect or damaged items
Every item is checked and packaged with care. If, however, your order has reached you in an unsatisfactory or faulty condition, please contact us promptly to arrange a replacement or credit.
